Romain qualified as a French Chartered Accountant during his time at ORCOM International in Paris.
Following ORCOM’s growth in China and thanks to his experience in foreign investments in the region, Romain joined ORCOM C&A in 2019.
He has over 10 years’ professional experience in accounting and auditing (audit, internal control, financial statement presentation, tax consultancy).
He began his career as a financial auditor at KPMG for 2 years in the statutory audit department, in charge of a portfolio of clients operating in various sectors (mining, logistics, distribution, aviation).
He then worked for 4 years as audit manager in Cambodia for an independent member of the Morison-KSI network.
As a leader in audit and legal advisory services for international companies, he gained experience of international auditing standards (ISA) and the various accounting and reporting frameworks (IFRS, French PCG) for various clients, particularly in the manufacturing, agricultural, travel agency and hotel sectors.
During this first overseas experience, he gained experience in understanding international clients when investing abroad.
Romain is fluent in English and French.
