技能与经验

  • 至少 3/5 年的法定审计、内部审计和尽职调查报告以及税务和会计咨询经验。 (有四大会计师事务所工作经验者优先)。

Key Responsibilities

Duties

  • The candidate shall be requested to cooperate with the professionals of the firm, both Chinese and foreigners, handling with the daily legal and administrative issues including but not limited to drafting and reviewing of contracts, self-management of incorporation, liquidation and other company – related procedures, consultancy concerning PRC company, labor, tax and intellectual property law.

Requirements

Job Requirement & Responsabilities

  • The candidate would have experience in assisting foreign clients in foreign direct investments in PRC including HK SAR gained in a top tier Chinese or international law firm or consulting firm.
  • Deep knowledge of PRC Company Law, JV laws, WFOE laws, Labor and IP law. Experienced in managing Due Diligence on site intervention and drafting of reports, MoU, LoI and any type of commercial agreements.
  • The candidate shall supervise a team of foreign and local legal consultants and shall liaise with CPA and auditors where necessary.
  • PRC bar admission, studies abroad and command in other European languages strongly appreciated.
  • Provide project management and work closely with different internal line services as well as external parties in the course of providing our clients services;

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for all office administration related enquiries including:
• Partner with Head of Office to organize, file, and maintain clients’ folders
• Receipt/scan couriers and liaison with clients and relevant government departments
• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
• Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
