Prior to joining ORCOM C&A, Terry worked for 15 years in the field of accounting and taxation, both in domestic and foreign companies (WOFE and JV). Terry also worked for 6 years within the Samsung Group, first as Group Tax Manager and then as Senior Accounting Manager. Holder of a Master’s degree in Accounting, a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Tax Agent (CTA), he was appointed Head of the Tax Team (2016~2018) and Leader of Accounting Function (2019~2021). His main skills include eliminating inefficient tasks to optimize the work process, standardizing working methods with other countries to maintain consistency between reporting standards, coordinating standard accounting procedures, providing technical training to accountants and overseeing the group’s financial reports.

Terry also has expertise in managing ORACLE and SAP projects. Living in his hometown of Beijing, Terry is married and has one child. He is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
