Marie-Laure Berké is a Director at Orcom C&A since 2019 and the Head of Internal Audit and Reporting Services (IARS) for our offices in Asia. She supervises, for the entire region, audit, internal control, fraud, financial supervision and reporting to the Group, consulting (Due Diligence, Corporate Evaluation). With more than 20 years of experience in the field of external/internal audit in France, the United States and China, Marie-Laure has worked with a range of clients, in sectors as varied as media and advertising, consumer goods, manufacturing, eco-organizations, for local, national or international clients.

Marie-Laure is the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) correspondent for Orcom in Asia. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors from which she graduated (CIA – Certificate of Internal Auditor). Before joining Orcom C&A in Shanghai, she was responsible of the Internal Control and Risk Management department of H3P Audit & Consulting (a subsidiary of ORCOM Group) in Paris for 7 years. Previously, Marie-Laure worked for 7 years in the Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice – Business Risk department, of Deloitte in New York where she specialized in companies in the media and advertising sector. She started her career as a financial auditor at Mazars in Paris, where she spent 4 years, working mainly in the manufacturing sector. Living between Shanghai and Tokyo, Marie-Laure is a mother of two and is fluent in English and French
