Before joining ORCOM, Marco worked for KPMG Switzerland for 11 years in the Audit department. Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration, and a US Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he was responsible for auditing and consulting services for national and international companies, particularly in the retail, food and consumer goods, hospitality, healthcare and sports sectors. He therefore has extensive experience of the specific business issues associated with different accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS,). Marco heads ORCOM C&A and oversees the administration of 5 offices and 80 employees in the Southeast Asia region. In 2018, he obtained his Executive MBA with honors from IMD in Switzerland. A director in various subsidiaries of international groups in China, Marco specializes in strategic advice on setting up in Asia. He is also National Treasurer of the France-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFC), the second largest French foreign chamber in the world. Marco regularly teaches accounting and corporate finance in the EMBA and MBA programs of international business schools in Asia. He has lived between China and Singapore since 2012. Marco is married with two daughters and is fluent in English, Italian, French and Spanish.
